Chief Officer pay and rewards

Chief officer pay and rewards (PDF 92 Kb - opens new window) are published in the Chief Constable's Statement of Accounts 2015/16 (PDF 1.27 Mb - opens new window) - Note 10 Officers' Remuneration (pages 44-46).

On the 16 July 2015 the Senior Salaries Review Body (SSRB) published its report on chief officer pay. The Home Secretary agreed a 1% increase in base pay for chief officers in England, Wales and a 1 % increase on incremental pay points at assistant chief constable and equivalent rank, and on London weighting with effect from 1 September 2015.
