Terri is a member of, and former examiner for, the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. She was appointed to the post of Director of Resources in 1994.
Terri is responsible for personnel, finance, learning and development, transport, procurement, central services and estates management.
In 1999, Terri was awarded an OBE (Order of the British Empire) for her contribution to financial management in the police service.
