Some gangs use children in towns and rural areas to run drugs for them. This method to use vulnerable children, adolescents and young adults to run drugs is called “County lines”.

It is important to know the risk children take by buying drugs and running drugs for gangs. Discussing this topic in schools will encourage children to think of the wider impact of drug usage and where to get advice when needed.
