The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

You said Anti social use of mopeds in Downley area.
We have listened to calls received regarding the isue. NHPT have completed proactive operations in the area and have leased with other agencies to highlight the issues of the mopeds. Multiple vehicles have been stopped and riders have been dealt with for traffic offences. One trail bike was seized. Patrols will continue.

The Neighbourhood Team have run several operaions targeting this specific problem and speeding operations have been carried out to deal with excessive speed in the area, prosecuting offenders. Sands industry remains as part of our daily patrol, with any offenders identified being stopped and dealt with. The council have also been notified with regards to vehicles contravening double yellow line offences.
These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
