Local priorities - 'You said, We did'

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

  • You said: Burglaries

You said you were concerned about burglaries in Little Chalfont and Amersham.

    We did:
We did high visibility patrols and tailored Crime Prevention Advice to suit the time of year as the burglars target properties in different ways through the seasons.

  • You said: Anti Social Behaviour

You said you were concerned about ASB by youths and young drivers around car parks, children’s play areas and playing fields.

    We did:
We did extra patrols at relevant times, engaged with the youths, discussed their behaviour, the impact it had on the community and dealt with re-offenders by way of the red and yellow card scheme.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
