The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

To target and reduce hotspots in the area.

    We did:
Operation Coyote has been put in place and where hotspots have been identified with local CID the Team have reactived with high visability patrols.

  • You said: Safeguarding Vulnerable People

You were concerned about the drug dealing from residential premises.

    We did:
We hae worked in partnership with the local authorities to prevent drug dealers exploiting vulnerable people in their homes by use of housing legislation and Closure Orders.

  • You said: Reducing Violence and Anti-Social Behaviour

Anti-social Behaviour is an issue around the new Britwell shops.

    We did:
We have worked in partnership with the Business community to set up ShopWatch to share information and identify those responsible. Police patrols have been increased at peak times and one offfender has been issued with a Community Behaviour Order with exclusion conditions.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
